Neural Edge AI October Arcana Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAID NEURAL EDGE AI SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
By participating in the Neural Edge AI October Arcana Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Midnight Technologies LLC, doing business as Neural Edge AI (“Sponsor”), Virginia, United States.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins:
October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time
and ends:
October 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time
(the “Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be earned and recorded before the end of the Giveaway Period.
Sponsor’s servers and database will serve as the official timekeeping system for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.
The Giveaway is currently open to eligible residents of:
United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Residents of jurisdictions not expressly listed above are not eligible for this Giveaway.
Employees, officers, owners, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Local Law:
Participation is subject to all applicable national, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws. Sponsor may decline to award a prize where doing so would violate applicable law.
No purchase or paid Neural Edge AI subscription is required to participate, and purchasing or maintaining a paid subscription does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Canadian Residents
Before being confirmed as a winner, a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A free Neural Edge AI account qualifies for participation.
Purchasing, maintaining, or upgrading to a Neural Edge AI Contender or Elite subscription does not provide additional entries, increase the maximum number of entries, or otherwise improve an entrant’s odds of winning.
Free, Contender, and Elite users are subject to the same maximum of five (5) entries.
5. How to Enter
Eligible participants may earn up to five (5) entries during the Giveaway Period.
Each of the following actions is worth one (1) entry. Social entries are awarded for opening the linked page through the Giveaway page while logged in and entered in this Giveaway. Joining, following, and remaining a member or follower are not required. Social visits must be recorded during this Giveaway Period; earlier visits are not automatically credited to this Giveaway:
Entry 1 — Neural Edge AI Account
Create or have an active Neural Edge AI account.
A free account qualifies.
This entry will be recorded automatically when an eligible logged-in user participates in the Giveaway.
Entry 2 — Discord
Visit the official Neural Edge AI Discord server.
Existing Discord members may earn this entry by opening the linked Discord page through the Giveaway page during the Giveaway Period.
Entry 3 — Instagram
Visit the official Neural Edge AI Instagram account.
Existing followers may earn this entry by opening the linked account page through the Giveaway page during the Giveaway Period.
Entry 4 — TikTok
Visit the official Neural Edge AI TikTok account.
Existing followers may earn this entry by opening the linked account page through the Giveaway page during the Giveaway Period.
Entry 5 — Facebook
Visit the official Neural Edge AI Facebook account or Page.
Existing followers may earn this entry by opening the linked Facebook page through the Giveaway page during the Giveaway Period.
6. Maximum Entries
Each eligible person may receive a maximum of five (5) entries.
Each qualifying action may generate only one entry per person.
Creating multiple Neural Edge AI accounts, using multiple email addresses or Steam accounts, or otherwise attempting to obtain duplicate entries is prohibited.
Entries may not be transferred between individuals.
Sponsor may use account information, internal user identifiers, email addresses, Steam IDs, device or technical information, and other reasonable measures to identify duplicate or fraudulent participation.
7. Social Action Verification
Social entries are awarded for using the Giveaway page to open the linked Discord, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook page while logged in and entered in the Giveaway. Sponsor records that action and its timestamp in the Giveaway database. This record is the evidence of the qualifying visit; it is not independent verification that a third-party page loaded.
Joining or following an account, remaining a member or follower, or providing proof of a follow is not required. Unfollowing or leaving a community does not invalidate a valid recorded visit.
Sponsor may review its recorded entries and other reasonable evidence to investigate bots, duplicate accounts, falsified requests, or other fraudulent participation. Sponsor will never request an entrant’s social-media password.
If Sponsor reasonably determines that entries were obtained through false information, manipulation, bots, duplicate accounts, or other improper means, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
8. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) eligible Dota 2 Arcana chosen from the Sponsor-approved prize selection available for the Giveaway.
Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
US $35.99
The available Arcana selection may depend on Steam availability, tradability, market availability, and other platform restrictions.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged with Sponsor for cash.
If the selected Arcana becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be transferred, Sponsor may substitute another eligible Dota 2 cosmetic item of equal or greater approximate retail value.
9. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway Period closes, Sponsor will create or freeze the final pool of eligible Giveaway entries.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
For example, an entrant who earned three valid entries will appear in the drawing pool three times, while an entrant who earned five valid entries will appear five times.
Sponsor will select one entry using a cryptographically secure random selection process from the database of eligible entries.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about October 26, 2026.
The entrant associated with the selected entry will become the potential winner, subject to verification.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
10. Drawing Records and Fairness
Sponsor may maintain records relating to the drawing, including:
total number of eligible entrants;
total number of eligible entries;
date and time of the drawing;
winning entry identifier;
winning internal Neural Edge AI user identifier; and
method used to perform the random selection.
Personal information contained in internal drawing records will not be publicly disclosed except as required by law or with the winner’s permission.
Sponsor will not silently redraw a winner.
If a potential winner is disqualified, fails verification, or does not claim the prize, any subsequent drawing will be treated as a separate alternate drawing.
11. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Neural Edge AI account.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor sends the winner notification.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to:
confirm eligibility;
verify qualifying Giveaway actions;
confirm their identity;
provide a valid Steam account for prize delivery; and
provide any additional information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and randomly select an alternate potential winner.
Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, purchase a subscription, or send money in order to receive the prize.
12. Steam Prize Delivery
The verified winner must have a Steam account capable of receiving the applicable Dota 2 item.
The winner is responsible for satisfying Steam requirements relating to account eligibility, Steam Guard, trading, gifting, friend restrictions, trade holds, or other platform requirements.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by Steam or Valve Corporation.
Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within 30 days after the winner has been verified and is capable of receiving the item.
If the winner cannot receive the prize within a reasonable period because of restrictions associated with the winner’s Steam account, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
13. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of the prize.
14. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:
submitted false information;
falsely claimed completion of an entry action;
created or controlled multiple accounts to obtain additional entries;
used bots, scripts, automation, or other artificial means to obtain entries;
attempted to manipulate the Giveaway or random drawing;
interfered with the Giveaway website or services;
impersonated another person; or
otherwise violated these Official Rules.
Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
15. Technical Problems
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, improperly recorded, or prevented by technical problems beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If a technical failure, security incident, fraud, platform outage, or other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway as reasonably necessary.
If reasonably possible, Sponsor will award the prize using eligible entries properly received before the affected portion of the Giveaway.
16. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Neural Edge AI Privacy Policy.
Sponsor may use information associated with an entrant’s Neural Edge AI account to:
administer the Giveaway;
maintain entry records;
identify duplicate or fraudulent entries;
communicate with a potential winner;
verify eligibility; and
deliver the prize.
Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing emails.
Any marketing-email consent will be obtained separately where applicable.
17. Publicity
Sponsor will first contact the potential winner privately at the email address associated with their Neural Edge AI account. Giveaway updates may be announced in the #ne-dota2-community channel on Sponsor’s Discord server without publicly identifying the potential winner.
Sponsor will request and obtain the winner’s permission before publicly identifying them using a Neural Edge AI display name, Steam display name, first name, social-media username, or any other personally identifiable information. Publicity permission is separate from accepting these Official Rules and is not required to receive the prize.
18. Future Giveaways
Participation in this Giveaway applies only to the October 1–25, 2026 Neural Edge AI Arcana Giveaway.
Participation does not automatically enter an entrant into any future Neural Edge AI giveaway.
Sponsor may conduct future promotions with separate entry periods and Official Rules.
Qualifying activities from this Giveaway may be recognized in a future promotion only if expressly permitted by the rules governing that future promotion.
19. Platform Disclaimers
This Giveaway is independently operated by Midnight Technologies LLC d/b/a Neural Edge AI.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Steam, Dota 2, Discord, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Facebook, or TikTok.
Valve Corporation, Steam, Dota 2, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, and their respective trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Entrants understand that information submitted through the Neural Edge AI Giveaway page is being provided to Sponsor and not to those third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release those third-party platforms from claims arising solely from Sponsor’s administration of this Giveaway.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from:
technical failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control;
third-party social-media or Steam outages;
Steam trading or account restrictions;
incorrect information supplied by an entrant; or
unauthorized or fraudulent participation by third parties.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of any mandatory consumer protection available under applicable law.
22. Winner Information
After the prize has been awarded, requests concerning the identity of the winner or administration of the Giveaway may be submitted to:

Sponsor may limit information disclosed as necessary to protect the winner’s privacy and comply with applicable law.
23. Acceptance of Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, an entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
